THE PROJECT
Timeless lines. A new beginning.
An upcoming residence in Miami Springs. The proposed design pairs a two-story silhouette with arched windows, a covered terrace and a planned pool. Explore the first-floor layout, site plan and architectural elevations for a first look at Villa Serena. Its visual identity brings together natural tones, elegant typography and a classically inspired crest.

Identity & palette
Villa Serena’s visual identity: an elegant crest and a palette of almond, azure mist, travertine, terracotta and aged bronze. Branding presentation; not photography of the completed residence.
