A home that is part of our story.
Some projects capture a way of working. For BROC, 549 East Drive is one of them: a contemporary residence where light, openness and construction details meet throughout the home.
Built by our team in Miami Springs, the house brings together double-height spaces, a light-lined staircase and an open connection between the interiors and the garden. Wood finishes bring warmth to its clear architectural geometry.

A result that drew attention.
In its January 20, 2026 review, MiamiSprings.com identified 549 East Drive as the city’s highest residential sale of 2025, at $2,130,000. The report also described it, at that time, as a record among homes outside the golf course and lakefront locations.
Charlie Leonard and Sean Pascale discuss the transaction in The Leonard Real Estate Group’s annual interview, as an example of contemporary new homes entering the local market.
The value is also in the details.
For us, this story goes beyond a number. It is an opportunity to show the construction work behind the spaces: the continuity of finishes, transitions between rooms and attention required to carry a project through to completion.
We share 549 East Drive as part of our portfolio and the story we are building in South Florida.
